Here are a few of the comments provided by our customers as part of the Australian Customer Service Awards assessment process:

I don't think it is possible to give better service. The staff there are always so happy to help their customers and go out of their ways to provide excellent service

They are always available and can often provide maintenance service on the spot. They are respectful and have a close relationship with their regular customers and newcomers. No enquiry or request is too small for them to attend to.

I needed new pedals for my mountain bike, which had to be ordered in, so, in the meantime, Chris took the pedals off his own bike and loaned them to me until the others arrived. They also provide a lot of free maintenance.

I ordered a bike from them and while I was in the shop they phoned the distributor and it was in the shop the next afternoon (less than 24 hours). The guy's stayed late to firstly put it together and let me know it was in the shop and asked if I wanted to ride it the following morning, which I did, and they came into to work 2 hours early to fit it and allow me to ride it. I have NEVER had to wait for work to get done.

Hi Jez, The road bikes you suggested and their setup meant that we were riding up to Jindbyne with heart rates 30% less than the rest of the bunch! We felt like we were cheating it was that easy!!!!!!!!!!!! When we rode back to Canberra we had a tail wind and after 175km we felt we could easily do another 175km.
